Thank you for choosing Kick Off Nutritions. We are committed to delivering your gym supplements, protein powders, pre-workouts, and wellness products in a safe, hygienic, and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery procedures.
Free Shipping Guarantee
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee is charged at checkout.
1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our warehouse in Red Hills, Chennai within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Secure Packaging: Our products are carefully packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes with secure, tamper-proof tape to maintain item integrity during transit.
2. Delivery Estimates
We deliver to pin codes across India using trusted logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Speed Post):
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Metro Cities: Deliveries to metropolitan cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) may occur even faster (2–3 working days).
- Rest of India: Deliveries to non-metros or remote parts of the country may take up to 4–5 working days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing the tracking link and tracking ID. You can monitor your package's transit journey directly on our website or our shipping partner's portal.
4. Delivery Conditions
- Verification: Our shipping partners may require a signature or a one-time password (OTP) to deliver the parcel safely. Please ensure you or an authorized representative are available at the shipping address to receive the package.
- Incorrect Addresses: Kick Off Nutritions is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided during checkout. Redelivery charges in such instances will be borne by the customer.
- Unboxing Protocol: We highly recommend taking a continuous unboxing video of your package upon receipt. In the rare case of transit damage or missing items, this unboxing video is required to claim a free replacement (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
